Corporate Overview - Background:

Market Developers Incorporated (MDI) was formed for the purpose of aiding companies with their business management requirements, as well as assisting them by offering business consultation and working with companies to help develop and market their products into new and emerging markets. Our key personnel have over 35 years of combined experience with business management, importation, exportation and marketing of products including cosmetics, automotive parts/accessories and tobacco related products working with companies from Canada, Cuba, France, Israel, Italy, United Kingdom and the United States.

Corporate Overview - Brief Overview:

Our key personnel are located in both Canada and France. With personnel situated in key markets, MDI is well positioned to work with companies looking to operate or expand to North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

With the aid of our internal graphic design department, MDI is able to handle every step from start to finish with regards to the business dealings, the design and/or development of information and promotional materials.

With the combined experience of it personnel, MDI is able to provide it's clients with a broad range of information to work closely with them to help promote and market of their products and/or services.

Corporate Overview - Business Manager:

Our Business Manager has been involved in the business end of the importation and exportation industry since 1985. After studying business administration and marketing in a Toronto, Canada university, he had spent 15 years involved in the importation, exportation and marketing of cosmetics and accessories into Canada from the United States, France, Israel and Italy. Since 1996 he has also been involved in the importation, exportation and marketing of automotive parts and accessories into Canada from the United States and the United Kingdom.

With experience in both the wholesale and the retail ends of business, he is able to aid his clients in the areas of business administration/management, importation, exportation, promotion, distribution and training.

Corporate Overview - Creative/Marketing Director:

Our Creative/Marketing Director has sculpted the image and brand for many international corporations including Habanos Cigars, Tabacolero, Pfizer, Roche, Price Waterhouse Cooper, American Express, and corporate video clients including IBM, General Motors, and Clearnet (Telus). Involved with the design and production of corporate communication since 1985, whether print, web, or multimedia he has created business to business and business to customer communications for many of the countries leading firms. He has experience working with companies in the fields of finance , pharmaceutical companies, packaged good, alcoholic beverages and businesses in many other industries. A partial list of some of his past clients include: Royal Bank Group, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, ScotiaBank, Toronto Dominion Bank, Canada Trust, American Express, Visa International, Altamira, AGF, IBM, Pfizer, Roche, Ford, General Motors, Saab North America, Nissan, Telus, Bell, Junior Achievement, Habanos S.A., Cuba, Labbats Breweries and Molson Canada.

He has also been involved heavily in the training of design, design software and production of finished work. He was recently responsible for the set-up and training of a design and pre-press studio in the Caribbean and one of his most recent endeavors was to design and import customized cigar accessories for a Cuban cigar manufacturer.
